Here’s where you want to go…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, when you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may just end up starting all over again.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Know what I mean?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Items that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, another, seemingly equally legit diet program is likely going to banish. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food-based videos are usually 100 percent will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is clearly common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
I Suggest You Do This…
Head on over to the keto videos category page right here on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. What I would do is compile these into an all new bookmarks folder that you can call “Keto Cooking,” or whatever you decide on.
