Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
Therefore, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You may find yourself having to start all over from scratch.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing is clear… Culinary videos are, in many cases, undeniably tempting. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
You’ll probably recognize this as common weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
I Recommend That You Do This…
Have a look at the keto videos category page on the site. There are countless videos for you to dive into.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Create a brand new folder which can be named “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Cooking Videos,” unless there’s another name you like better.
