There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
So the moment the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It’ll probably return you to the very beginning.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You will typically develop pretty powerful cravings for whatever foods your eating plan doesn’t allow you to consume, which a completely different eating protocol fully allows. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Meal prep videos are usually 100% irresistible. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense to me. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
No doubt that this is common weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
