There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

As such, when you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just return you to the very beginning.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Pretty basic stuff, right?


Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

Menu items that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, and a whole other diet program will deprive you of. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth here. Food videos are usually ridiculously tempting.

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is surely conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
