Broccoli & Cheese Spaghetti Squash Recipe
I’ve got squash on the brain, and while this isn’t a yellow squash recipe, it was a recipe that honestly sounds GREAT! I’ve never thought about subbing a spaghetti squash for a potato and baking with full of broccoli and cheese…. Great for low carbers, and vegetarians out there. I’m sure you could easily switch the cheese for a vegan friendly version to make this an easy vegan meal too

Here’s where you want to go…

Moving on…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
I believe that once you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It will bring you back to the very beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Know what I mean?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s tell the truth here. Meal prep videos can be 100% irresistible. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely common weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
