There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
So as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You just may find yourself starting all over again.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s be honest. Food-based videos are usually completely will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
Clearly, this is common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. Add them to an entirely new file folder which can be labeled “Low Calorie Recipe Vids,” or something that’s similar.
