There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
That’s why I believe that, as soon as the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just have you returning to the starting line.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Make sense?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’re going to usually crave whatever foods your chosen program doesn’t let you consume, which a completely different plan fully encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos are often ridiculously knee-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems pretty logical, really. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
It’s conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
Here’s My Advice…

And please don’t forget to get signed up to my newsletter to give yourself a great advantage and watch all of my latest video shares.
