I saw a picture of carrot fries on Instagram the other day and decided to give them a try. What a neat alternative to fries, and they just happen to be low carb friendly too!

I just wanted to say a few things…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
I believe that when you’ve committed to a diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You’re very likely to find yourself back at the beginning of your journey.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’re going to generally tend to develop pretty powerful cravings for whatever foods your diet program restricts, which a competing program fully permits. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos can oftentimes be ridiculously knee-weakening. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is surely conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a brand new file folder labeled “Low Carb Recipe Videos,” or something else along those lines.
