This low carb, HIGH protein meal is perfect for you and your family. You can easily make this vegetarian friendly by using a non-chicken chicken product, or switch it with tofu or something.

I just wanted to say a few things…

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

Therefore, when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It’ll probably have you returning to the drawing board.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And there’s really only one reason why…

What one diet program doesn’t let you consume, a totally different diet program completely encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth here. Culinary videos are, in many cases, pretty damned knee-weakening. šŸ˜‰

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

No doubt that this is conventional weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Go to the low carb recipes category page here on DietRecipeVideos. Explore the great videos I’ve already compiled for you.

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Create a brand new bookmarks folder which can be named “Low Carb Meal Videos,” or some other name that you prefer.
