These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
That’s why I believe that, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just bring you back to square one.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. On low-sugar, you crave sugar. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not BS ourselves. Recipe videos are oftentimes extremely tough to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
Clearly, this is the most popular weight loss model in existence. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
So Here’s What I Recommend…
Take yourself over to the low-carb recipe videos category page here on DietRecipeVideos. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Compile these bookmarks into a brand new bookmarks folder with the name “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meal Videos,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
