I came across this recipe for Low Carb Chicken Soup with Spaghetti Squash Noodles, and I admit at first I wasnt sure about it. I ended up giving it a personal try and WOW it’s actually so delish! A veggie packed low carb soup for that warm and comforting feeling during any season. Spaghetti squash provide the noodles without all of those pesky carbs! I love it!

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, once a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You may end up back at the starting line.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…
You’ll most often develop a pretty powerful appetite for whatever foods your current diet program deprives you of, which some completely different protocol 100 percent allows. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos can oftentimes be pretty damned knee-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
Clearly, this is conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
