My favorite thing to order off of the taco bell menu is a crunchwrap, but these days i just can’t justify actually ordering one. I was so happy to find this quick little video which shows you how to make a low carb crunchwrap! I mean come on, how great?! I can’t WAIT to try this bad boy.

Okay, here’s the story…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
For this reason, when a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re very likely to wind up in the frustrating position of having to start all over again.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On low-calorie, you crave calories. On low-sugar, you crave sweets. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest. Food videos are, in many cases, quite tempting. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is standard, conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
