Low Carb Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe
Cauliflower mashed potatoes are a low-carb, healthy alternative to traditional mashed potatoes that the entire family will love. I like this video recipe because you can see it only takes about 20 minutes, and I could almost smell the delicious flavors through my computer screen.

Okay, here’s the story…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
As such, once a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You very well may find yourself back at the starting line.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Know what I mean?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And there’s really only one reason why…
That which one diet encourages, an entirely different diet is probably going to limit. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Meal prep videos can be quite knee-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This, of course, is conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
