Moving along…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
I believe that when the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You may find yourself starting all over, from scratch.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You’re gonna usually develop a pretty powerful appetite for whatever items your chosen program doesn’t permit, which some other diet program allows, and perhaps even encourages. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest here. Meal prep videos are, in many instances, quite will-shattering. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
You’ll probably recognize this as common-sense weight loss. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
