Here’s the story…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
That’s why I believe that, the moment the choice has been made, and it’s time to start menu planning, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It will take you back to the very beginning.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
You’ll typically tend to crave those foods that your particular diet program won’t let you consume, which some entirely different diet plan fully permits. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Food-based videos are usually 100% difficult to resist. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
It’s common-sense weight loss. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. Save them in a brand new file folder which can be called “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Cooking Vids,” or something else that you’ll remember.
