Here’s where you want to go…

So here’s the story…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
As such, when you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re very likely to wind up starting all over.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Make sense?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food that one eating plan allows, and perhaps even encourages, a totally different eating plan is going to say no to. And let’s tell the truth. Culinary videos are usually 100% tempting. π
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
You’ll probably recognize this as standard, conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
