I woke up feeling sick this morning and thinking “wow, I wish I had some sort of wellness drink I could scarf down.” The first thing I did was go looking for just that. I really enjoy this recipe video, and after this I’ll be heading to the store to get ingredients for my very own.

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. It can be overwhelming to decide.

It’s for this reason that, as soon as the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. This often takes people back to the drawing board.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

This is extremely important.

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…

Food that one plan forbids you to consume, another, seemingly equally legitimate plan completely permits. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos are usually completely seductive. 😉

Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!

This is surely the world’s most popular weight loss advice. As well it should be!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
