Oil Free Veggie Chip Recipe
Snack time! Veggie chips are always a go-to for my family but we rarely make them ourselves. I think it could be a great Sunday afternoon activity to have snacks all week long! Best part is that this recipe does not call for oil. Give them a go, and let me know what you think!

Alright, so let’s proceed…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
It’s for this reason that, once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It will take you back to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’re gonna generally have cravings for the foods that your specific plan deprives you of, which a completely different eating plan 100% allows, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Food videos can oftentimes be extremely tempting. π
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
It’s conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
