Oven Baked Blackened Tilapia Recipe
I don’t post too many fish recipe videos, so I’m trying to remedy that. I don’t particularly eat a lot of fish, but I’m sure you’re going to love this one, especially my low-carb friends! The main ingredients are paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt which i’m pretty sure everyone always has handy.

So here’s the story…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. It can be overwhelming to decide.
So once the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just have you returning to the very beginning.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
What one diet program disallows, another, seemingly equally legitimate diet plan 100 percent permits. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth here. Meal prep videos are usually 100 percent irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is clearly common weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
