This super easy bread is made almost entirely of eggs and flaxseed meaning all the carbs in it come from fiber!! SO its incredibly low glycemic AND paleo…(this is more like eating a veg than a bread if you know what I mean).

And now we continue…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
As such, when you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll probably return you to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Items that one diet plan doesn’t let you consume, a whole other diet plan completely encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Recipe videos can oftentimes be unbelievably knee-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is clearly common weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
