This recipe is to DIE for. I tried it over the weekend, and it’s a new favorite. So simple, fresh, and tasty! Now I’m not sure if I would call it pan fried vs sautéed, but regardless….still tasty!

I just wanted to say a few things…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
It’s for this reason that, as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You just might end up back at the beginning of your journey.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…
Items that one diet allows, and perhaps even encourages, an entirely different diet will limit. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest. Culinary videos are usually 100% irresistible. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
Clearly, this is common weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
