Parmesan Lemon Spaghetti Squash w/ Chicken Recipe

This is a great hearty, yet healthy, recipe for you all to maybe try out sometime this week, or soon. I love mixing parmesan and lemon together, though I’ve never tried it on squash! Adding the chicken too it makes it feel almost like a casserole instead of a nice side dish. Vegetarian friends could give this a try with a non-chicken alternative, or maybe some tofu or something of that nature.

Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

I believe that as soon as a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You may very well find yourself having to start all over.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Food-based videos can oftentimes be pretty damned will-weakening. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
