There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
It’s for this reason that, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You just may find yourself back at the starting line.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-sugar, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s be honest here. Cooking videos can oftentimes be pretty damned will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is conventional weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
