Pesto is delicious and adds so much flavor to a variety of dishes. You can do the chicken bake thing, the pasta thing, or a creamy filling. I wanted to share this video recipe because it’s free from refined sugars, oil, dairy and fillers!

Okay, here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. It can be overwhelming to decide.
It’s for this reason that, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re likely to wind up in the position of starting all over again.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
You’re going to typically develop a pretty powerful appetite for whichever foods your specific diet plan won’t allow, which an entirely different lifestyle 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s make no mistake about it… Food videos can be 100 percent hard to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
It’s standard, conventional advice. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
