Vegan Mushroom “Steaks” Recipe
This recipe for vegan mushroom steak is so good, I honestly have it at least once a week! Usually i prepare it with sauteed onions, and garlic green beans as a side. The entire family always asks for more. The best part is, if seasoned correctly there is little left to miss from actually steak so it’s such a great veg-friendly alternative. This video is so funny with the fake accents, enjoy it..have a laugh..and figure out what you’re going to have for dinner tonight.

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, when the choice has been made, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just bring you back to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Know what I mean?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’re going to typically have cravings for the foods that your specific program won’t allow, which some other diet protocol fully allows. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth. Food-based videos are usually extremely irresistible. đ
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
It’s standard, conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
