There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
Therefore, the moment you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It’ll probably return you to the drawing board.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
It’s basic but hugely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Cooking videos are oftentimes unbelievably tough to resist.
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it takes to help you reach your goals.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is clearly conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Save them in a brand new bookmarks folder that you can name “vegan Videos,” unless there’s something else you like more.
