Burger alternatives are always great ideas, but I get a little tired of black bean burgers, and lentil burgers. I just stumbled upon this Quinoa Cake recipe and thought it was great because it could work as a burger or as a side. Healthy quinoa patties (cakes) recipe. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. High protein delicious quinoa cakes.

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

I believe that once a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It will take you back to the drawing board.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

This is extremely important.

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s not BS ourselves. Cooking videos are often extremely tough to resist. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

It’s the most popular weight loss model in existence. And it probably has that designation for a reason!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
