Healthy Radish & Cucumber Salad Recipe

I’m always looking for a great side dish to serve with dinner. Something a little original, but also easy to whip up. This salad is great, and my family gave it the seal of approval. Should only take about 10-15 minutes to prepare right alongside you’re main course.

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

Therefore, when the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re quite likely to end up needing to start over.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Know what I mean?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing that’s clear… Food videos are oftentimes pretty will-shattering. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

It’s conventional weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
