There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.
For this reason, the moment you’ve made your choice, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You’re likely to find yourself starting all over again.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
What one plan allows, another plan will limit or completely forbid. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s make no mistake about it… Meal prep videos can be unbelievably seductive. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And you may not want to play around with those.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a new folder which can be named “Low Calorie Meal Vids,” or something else that you’ll remember.
