Raw Kale, Fruit & Nut Salad Recipe
Now that summer is starting, Im sure many of you are continuing to perfect their summer body like I am…. haha. With that in mind, raw salads are perfect for a filling fiber full lunch, or even a light dinner. I love this salad because it includes different fruits and nuts like apples, organs, persimmons and nuts which feels very festive of summer to me. Hope you all enjoy!

Here’s where you want to go…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
So as soon as a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just return you to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
That which one program permits, another, seemingly equally legitimate eating plan is likely going to say no to. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s make no mistake about it… Recipe videos are oftentimes 100% tough to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely standard, conventional wisdom. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And you may not want to play around with those.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. Add them to an all new file folder with the name “Vegan Recipes,” or anything else happens to strike your fancy.
