Raw Vegan Cheese Recipe

I always find that the best tasting vegan cheeses in the grocery store are always so expensive, and they never seem to give you large amounts. I’ve been searching for an easy recipe to give a try, so that maybe i can start making my own cheeses in bulk. This recipe is Raw,Vegan, and looks absolutely to die for. I’m currently soaking my own cashews right now so i can give it a go myself!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

As such, the moment the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re very likely to wind up back at the drawing board.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

You’re going to typically develop a pretty powerful appetite for whichever foods your particular diet program won’t allow you to consume, which an entirely different plan 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing that’s clear… Food videos can be 100% tempting. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Makes sense to me. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This is conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
