There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
For this reason, once you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You might end up needing to start all over.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Foods that one diet program permits, some other program is going to banish. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Food videos are oftentimes quite knee-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This, of course, is common-sense weight loss. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
Go to the Raw Vegan videos category page on the site. I’ve compiled tons of great videos for you.
Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. Compile these bookmarks into an all new bookmarks folder that can be named “Raw Vegan Meal Videos,” or whatever else you happen to like.
