You all know I love to post snack foods, and that includes different dips and sauces. Eggplant is one of my wife’s favorite veggies so we try a lot of different eggplant dishes. This dip is heavenly on pita, chips, or even by itself.

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll likely take you back to square one.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. On low-fat, you crave fat. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing that’s clear… Cooking videos are, in many instances, quite will-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
