There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
So once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. This often takes people back to the beginning.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
This is extremely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
You’re gonna generally tend to develop pretty powerful cravings for the foods that your current diet plan doesn’t let you consume, which some completely different program 100% encourages. And let’s not kid ourselves. Recipe videos are, in many cases, undeniably will-shattering. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense to me. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Add them to a brand new folder which can be named “Low Carb Recipes,” or anything else like that.
