Shrimp Taco Recipe with Kylie Jenner
I was craving shrimp tacos and then came across this video of Kylie Jenner making them. At first I thought hmmm, what does this girl know about good tacos….turns out a lot. They actually look really great, and I’m deff going to be using this recipe in the future. Idk about you but I like seeing what stars eat, and especially how they prepare their own food.

So let’s chat a bit…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You’re quite likely to wind up needing to start over from scratch.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
You typically tend to develop cravings for the foods and drinks that your current plan deprives you of, which some completely different protocol totally permits, and perhaps even encourages. And let’s be honest. Culinary videos can be pretty darn hard to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
Clearly, this is conventional wisdom. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

At this point, you can start bookmarking your favorite recipe videos in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a brand new bookmarks folder called “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meal Videos,” or whatever name you’d prefer.
