Alright, so let’s proceed…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, once the choice has been made, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You just may end up in the position of starting all over again.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave calorie-dense foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not BS ourselves. Cooking videos can be quite irresistible.
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
It’s common weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Head over to the smoothie recipes category page on the site. There are more than enough videos to keep you interested and happy.
Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. Save them in a whole new file folder which can be called “Smoothie Recipes” unless you have a different name in mind.
