Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
Therefore, once a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You’re likely to end up starting all over.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. And let’s not kid ourselves. Cooking videos can be pretty will-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense to me. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
Clearly, this is common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Then, bookmark your favorite recipe videos right in your own browser for easy access. Compile these bookmarks into an all new bookmark folder that can be called “Low Carb Meals,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
