Spicy Korean Cucumber Recipe
My sister loves to work with Korean recipes, and so I’ve been asking her to send me some of her favorite recipes. She sent me one for a spicy cucumber dish and I decided to find a video showing you all how to make them yourself. THey are beyond great! watch and see.

Diet plans clearly abound. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You just may end up having to start all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Know what I mean?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. On low-sugar, you crave sweets. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing that’s clear… Food videos can oftentimes be quite tough to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is surely standard, conventional advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
