Spicy Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Sometimes you just have to pig out and go for it, you know? If i’m having one of those days I want something spicy, and scrumptious so why not add a little shrimp to the mix and call it a day? The recipe seems super simple and I know its going to fully deliver on how great it tastes. Let me know what you guys all think if you end up trying this one out.

I just wanted to say a few things…

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

For this reason, when you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just bring you back to square one.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Does this make sense?

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

You’ll tend to develop a pretty powerful appetite for the foods that your particular eating plan restricts, which some completely different diet program fully allows. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing that’s clear… Food videos are, in many instances, pretty darn hard to resist. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is clearly common weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

What I Recommend…

Come and visit my healthy videos category page on the site. I’m sharing tons of great stuff with you there.

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Compile these bookmarks into a new bookmarks folder which can be called “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Vids,” or something along those lines.
