I absolutely love mushrooms. I could eat them any way, any day. Laura’s recipe for stuffed mushrooms looks so great, and I know exactly what I’m having for dinner tonight. Next time I think I may try a gluten free breadcrumb and see how that tastes. I’ll make sure to check back and let you know how that goes, but until then enjoy this great recipe!

Here’s the story…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
As such, when a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just bring you back to the drawing board.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
You’re going to most often have cravings for whichever items your particular plan forbids you to consume, which another diet plan 100 percent allows. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s call a spade a spade… Meal prep videos are oftentimes completely will-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is surely standard, conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Check out the healthy recipe videos category page right here on DietRecipeVideos. I’m sharing tons of great stuff with you there.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Add them to an all new bookmarks folder which can be labeled “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Recipe Vids,” or something else that’s easily identifiable for you.
