There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
So once a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well find yourself needing to start all over again.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Food and beverages that one diet program doesn’t let you consume, a totally different eating plan totally permits. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s call a spade a spade… Recipe videos are oftentimes pretty damned difficult to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense to me. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
You’ll probably recognize this as conventional weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a new bookmarks folder that can be called “Low Carb Cooking Videos,” or whatever else you prefer.
