Such a creative, great way to present dinner! Using a pineapple as a bowl? I love it! and chicken teriyaki is a great dish with some rice in there too. You could swap out the chicken for tofu to make it vegetarian friendly.

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
So as soon as the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You may just end up in the frustrating position of having to start all over again.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. On low-calorie, you crave calories. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Food videos can be 100% knee-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
It’s standard, conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And you may not want to play around with those.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a whole new file folder that you can label “Healthy Meals,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
