There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
It’s for this reason that, when a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It will bring you back to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Know what I mean?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
You’ll generally tend to crave whichever foods your program doesn’t allow, which some completely different diet program 100 percent allows. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Culinary videos are, in many cases, quite knee-weakening. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems pretty logical, really. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
You’ll probably recognize this as common weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Have a look at the healthy videos category page right here on the site. There are more than enough videos to keep you interested and happy.
Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into an all new bookmarks folder which can be named “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Cooking Videos,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
