These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
For this reason, when you’ve made your choice, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You might find yourself back at the very beginning.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s tell the truth. Meal prep videos are, in many instances, pretty damned tough to resist.
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense to me. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more!
It’s the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
