Here’s where you want to go…

So let’s chat a bit…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, as soon as the choice has been made, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re very likely to end up needing to start over.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food that one plan doesn’t permit, an entirely different plan 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not kid ourselves. Food videos can be unbelievably knee-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This, of course, is common-sense weight loss. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
