Vegan BBQ Tofu Kebab Recipe
I love tofu, and BBQ tofu is one of my go-tos. funny enough, I’ve never tried making them as a kebab with a few veggies, though I think we have a winner for tonights dinner!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
As such, when you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just bring you back to square one.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. On low-calorie, you crave calories. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest here. Cooking videos are usually extremely tough to resist. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
You’ll probably recognize this as common weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
