I went for one of my all time favorite foods tonight and it came out exactly like we remember! The only difference you ask? this recipe is 100% VEGAN! I would bet any amount of money that no one would be able to tell the difference between traditional gravy and this soulful cruelty free version. I know you’re going to enjoy this video!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

For this reason, once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It will take you back to the very beginning.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

Pretty basic stuff, right?

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

Food and beverages that one program forbids you to consume, a totally different program 100 percent allows. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Food-based videos can be pretty darn seductive. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

Clearly, this is the most popular weight loss model in existence. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
