Diet plans clearly abound. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You’re quite likely to end up needing to start over from scratch.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You will generally develop a pretty powerful appetite for the foods that your particular diet plan disallows, which some completely different diet program permits, and perhaps even encourages. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest here. Cooking videos can oftentimes be pretty seductive. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This, of course, is common-sense weight loss. There’s probably good reason for this!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Bring yourself over to the vegan recipes category page on the site. I’ve compiled tons of great videos for you.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Add them to a brand new bookmarks folder which can be called “Vegan Meal Videos,” or something else that you’ll remember.
