I love this woman’s channel, and not just because of the clever name of her channel. That being said, I love when people do vegan recipes for typically non-vegan dishes. It really just shows everyone how simple it can be to make a meal with no animal cruelty involved, and is typically a little healthier than the alternative anyway. Broccoli and Cheese soup is sooooo good, and i’ve had it many times vegan and its always just as great. This recipe is simple, and if you’re looking to test this out, this is a great option to look over.

Okay, here’s the story…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. It can be overwhelming to decide.
I believe that when the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You could very well find yourself starting all over from scratch.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
What one diet plan forbids you to consume, another diet fully encourages. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food videos are oftentimes pretty darn difficult to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense to me. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is surely standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
