Here’s where you want to go…

And now we continue…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So once the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It’ll probably have you returning to the starting line.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Know what I mean?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest here. Culinary videos are usually ridiculously hard to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
You’ll probably recognize this as conventional weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
